This luxury vacation home is equipped with five bedrooms, including a bunk room (cub's den) & five bathrooms, spread over four levels and 5,600 square feet (7,447 total sq. ft. including decks and garage). The home includes a interior multi-level water feature, 5-stop elevator* (Handicap use only), full kitchen, wireless internet and wet bar with its own ice maker, beverage refrigerator and dishwasher. The Great Room has breathtaking views out of every window and the moss rock fireplace warms the body, adding to the mountain experience, while you enjoy the soothing sounds of the home stereo system and the multi-level waterfall. The family media, hot tub and stunning views of the Continental Divide add to make this luxury home the ultimate vacation destination.
*Information for the handicapped- The elevator begins in the garage area. All floors are wheelchair accessible, however the Sunrise and Great Room decks each have small stairs. Access to the loft bathroom and cigar porch are not wheelchair accessible, due to steps. The bridge feature does have a slight uphill and downhill slope, so please exercise caution!

The Second level has the family media room with 56" LCD TV and lodge style carpet; Wet bar with icemaker, beverage refrigerator, microwave, aspen pool table and 32" wall mounted LCD TV; 'Cub's Den' (bunk room that is perfect for the kids) with four bunks and TV/DVD; marble bathroom with large shower; and laundry closet.
The Third level of this new luxury home is beautifully arranged with a gorgeous panoramic Great Room with exposed log beams, copper roof accents, stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors; large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances; dining area; Great Room deck featuring hot tub, log railings and stone finishes; and a bedroom with a queen size bed and TV with DVD. The bathroom at this level is finished with tumbled marble tile and doors leading to the bedroom and hall.
Take the elevator or stairs to the Fourth level, where you will find a walnut finished bridge with log & iron railing, that will overlook another water feature. Smokers - You will also find the exterior covered cigar porch over the front entry.

There is another laundry closet off the cigar porch with front-load washer and a front load gas dryer. On this level you will find two suites. The North suite has a queen size bed, TV in an armoire, private bathroom with a jetted bath, shower, finished in tumbled marble and a private balcony. The South suite has a king size bed, TV in an armoire and a private bathroom with beautiful slate tile, with a jetted tub.
The Fifth level consists of the Loft Suite. The suite (perfect for brides-to-be) has a king size bed, TV, sleeper sofa, walk-in closet, and private balcony. There is also a large sitting area with love seat, sleeper sofa and TV. The 'Sunrise' deck is perfect for your early morning coffee! The luxury bath with moss rock and patina copper accents, has a huge double shower and huge jetted tub.
First level- The oversized 3-car garage is heated and has automatic openers. The driveway flat pad is heated, allowing safe passage for guests between the home and outside transportation.

Decks and balconies are located on all sides of this custom designed home. The hot tub, located off the great room and on the great room deck, seats 6 people. Featuring deck furnishings, log railings, stone walls; this deck can be enjoyed year round. The 'Sunrise Deck' located off the Loft Suite is the perfect place for sunrises and early morning coffee or tea.
The exterior grounds include a beautiful outdoor waterfall and are blanketed with groundcover such as wildflowers, Sedum 'Autumn Joy', Hybrid Delphinum, Snow in Summer, Kinnikinnick and Catmint. Shrubbery includes Cinquefoil, Red Twig Dogwood, Siberian Pea, Mugo Pine, Woods Rose and Alpine Currant. Privacy trees include Aspen, Ponderosa Pine and Ornamental, Colorado Blue and Engelman Spruce trees.
